Becky Schaust

Becky Schaust was raised in Delano, Minnesota, and has resided in the area her entire life. She began her real estate career in 1993 as a mother helping other young families find their dream homes. She was a successful manager of a growing real estate office in Wright County for over nine years, overseeing the Buffalo and Monticello operations of Coldwell Banker-Burnet Realty. After switching back to sales, she re-formed the Schaust Team with her husband. Becky works tirelessly and uses decades of experience to negotiate the best deals for her clients. When she’s not at work she is very involved in the community where she has served on various commissions and as a councilwoman for the City of Delano. She also loves spending time with Doug and watching her grandkids.

Doug Schaust

Doug Schaust was also raised in Delano, Minnesota, and has lived in the area his entire life. After establishing many community connections through friends and relatives, Doug entered the real estate business in 1993. He loves working with buyers and is by their side during the entire buying process. When he’s not working, you’ll find him in his vegetable garden or playing basketball. Doug also volunteers at different community events.
